Treetop Adventures is located beside the Trans-Canada Highway behind the Joseph's Homestead barn, 20 minutes North of Sault Ste. Marie in the community of Goulais River. Enter Treetop Adventures off of Post Office Rd. which is just before the Joseph's Homestead Barn if you are travelling North, and just after the Joseph's Homestead Barn if you are traveling South. Turn immediately left off of Post Office Rd. at #6. Watch for Highway Signage. We look forward to seeing you SMILE!!!!

Treetop Tour and Zip Line General Information
- To ensure safety and allow for adequate supervision, Treetop Adventures has a guide to participant ratio. We will not exceed our ratios under any circumstances. Treetop Adventures will not accept drop-ins if there is not adequate staffing to accommodate. Reservations are strongly recommended as we only have so many spaces available and tours start every couple of hours.
- Treetop Adventures is open year around. During the off season, Treetop Adventures is available by reservation ONLY! Please call before you head out to the park to ensure someone will be there to greet you.
- A valid credit card number is required to make a reservation. Final numbers must be provided 48 hours prior to the start of the scheduled reservation. 100% of the reservation value will be charged to the credit card on file 48 hours prior to the start of the scheduled reservation to accommodate the guide to participant ratio.
- It is the responsibility of the participant to inform Treetop Adventures of final numbers. There are no refunds for reductions in numbers or cancellations made within 48 hours from the start of the scheduled reservation.
- Prices do not include taxes.
- Prices include equipment rental.
- You must weigh less than 275lbs (125kg) and be at least 4’6” (135cm) tall to participate.
- We do not have reduced rates for youth or seniors, if you meet the height and weight requirements then you can participate in the entire Treetop Tour and ride all the Zip Lines.
- Closed toed shoes are mandatory.
- We climb in rain, snow and everything in between. Treetop Adventures will call you to reschedule your reservation should weather conditions pose a safety threat. If you have not heard from Treetop Adventures you are to attend your scheduled reservation. Refunds are not provided for no-shows.
- Customers are not allowed to participate in the Treetop Tour or ride Zip Lines if they are pregnant or have had a head, neck or back injury.
Treetop Tour and Zip Line Group Information and Discounts Available
- Groups must be booked and paid for by ONE person only.
- You are considered a group and may receive group discounts if you have 10 or more participants and one person is paying.
- A valid credit card number is required to make a reservation. Final numbers must be provided 48 hours prior to the start of the scheduled reservation. 100% of the reservation value will be charged to the credit card on file 48 hours prior to the start of the scheduled reservation unless other arrangements have been made.
- There are no refunds, reductions in numbers or cancellations made within 48 hours from the start of the scheduled reservation. THIS POLICY IS IN PLACE TO MEET THE GUIDE TO PARTICIPANT RATIO.
- Booking staff will review the policies with the group organizer, and it is up to the organizer to relay this information to the whole group.
- If you have a group of 10 or more participants you will receive a 10% group discount off of the total price before taxes

- If you have a group of 20 or more participants you will receive a 15% group discount off of the total price before taxes (Important! Groups must be booked and paid for by ONE person only).
