• All waivers of youth under the age of 18 must be signed by their legal guardian/s.  The waivers are available to download off of the web site.

• It is mandatory to wear closed toed shoes (no sandals allowed). 
• Snug fitted gloves are recommended but are not mandatory. 
• Treetop Adventures is not responsible for marks or tears to clothing, or lost or stolen articles.  We suggest you wear older clothing.
• Each participant must be a minimum of 135cm (54 inches, 4 foot 6 inches) tall.
• Each participant must weigh less than 125kg (275lbs)
• Bring any medications as required (epi-pin, asthma, diabetic medication etc.)
• Be prepared to be outdoors according to the seasons (some things you may need are:  insect repellent, sun-screen, extra gloves, rain-suit, winter boots, hat, long underwear etc.)
• We climb in the rain, snow and most everything in between. Treetop Adventures will call to cancel, reschedule or postpone your climb if the lead guide has determined that the weather conditions may risk ones safety (Thunder storm).   If you have not heard from Treetop Adventures then your climb will continue as scheduled.
• Arrive fifteen minutes early so you can read the rules that are posted on site.
• Those with heart conditions or high blood pressure should consult a physician, not recommended for those who are pregnant, have an extreme fear of heights, experience dizziness, seizures, or any other physical impairments, customers should be prepared for moderate physical exertion.
• Absolutely no drugs or alcohol is permitted prior to or during the tour.
• All guests are requested to read and required to sign a waiver prior to participating in activities at Treetop Adventures.
• We have a 48hr cancellation policy.
